We’re Getting Married!

Vino, Vows, and Villa Views

We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with you in Tuscany! Below is everything you need to know to start planning your trip. We’re sharing this information early so you can have as much time as possible to prepare and we’ll continue updating our website with more details as we get closer to the big day.

Where We're Staying

Our wedding will take place at Borgo Divino, a farmhouse villa nestled in the Tuscan hills of Montespertoli, Italy. We’ve rented the entire villa for the weekend of October 9–11, 2026. Please take a moment to read through the travel information and complete the Soft RSVP at the bottom of the page to help us with early planning.

Travel Info

Most guests will want to fly into one of Italy’s major international airports, then make their way to Florence. We’ll provide transportation to the villa (from a location TBD in Florence) in the early afternoon on October 9th and back to Florence on October 11th.

Nearby Airports

Florence (FLR)

Pisa (PSA)

Rome (FCO)

Milan (MXP or LIN)

Prices vary depending on how early you book & we recommend keeping an eye on flights in early 2026. Rome and Milan tend to be the most affordable options. From personal experience, we advise against layovers in Frankfurt, Germany.

Train Travel to Florence

Italy’s train system is reliable, scenic, and easy to navigate. Here are average durations:

Rome to Florence: 1.5 hours (high-speed train)

Milan to Florence: 1.5–2 hours (high-speed train)

Pisa to Florence: ~1 hour (regional train)

Cost & Rooms

Guests will be responsible for the cost of their accommodations. While we won’t have final pricing until we have a full guest count, we’re estimating the cost to be approximately $150–$200 per person for the 2-night stay at the villa.

Rooms at the villa will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once official invitations are sent out, and will also take group size and availability into account.

You can expect to receive your formal invitation and official RSVP in early 2026. Once we receive your RSVP, we’ll follow up to assign rooms and coordinate payment for your stay.

If the villa does fill up, any additional guests who RSVP will receive our help in finding comfortable accommodations nearby — we’ll make sure everyone is well taken care of!

What's Included in Your Cost at the Villa

2 nights of accommodation at the villa (October 9–11)

Full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning

What to Expect

October 9: Arrival to Borgo Divino + Welcome Pizza Party

October 10: Wedding Day!

We will be providing a light lunch on the day of the wedding.

We’re thrilled to be spending the weekend with our loved ones in our favorite place. Thank you for making the journey with us, it means the world! We can’t wait!

Soft RSVP

Borgo Divino is a beautiful 14th-century villa with a variety of rooms in different styles and sizes. Since space is limited, we’re planning ahead for room arrangements and guest costs, and would love your help by filling out this Soft RSVP form with your initial plans.

Rooms at the villa will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If the villa does fill up, there are additional accommodations nearby and we’re more than happy to help coordinate those as needed.

This isn’t a final commitment, just a way for us to get a head start on organizing accommodations and logistics. Official invitations with full details will be sent out early 2026.

Thank you so much, we’re so excited to celebrate together in Italy!
